Return / Refund Policy for Products Paid through Online Payment Gateways:
At Zanekart.com, we believe that customer satisfaction is key, therefore we stand behind all product bought at our site. We will replace any order within 2 days of delivery with free return shipping if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you, that include wrong size, wrong colour, defective product or significantly different from the description given by the merchant. However, do make sure that the product has not been used/worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag, packing slip and all other accessories included in the box. Please contact our customer support, so that we can help you with the return.
However, for some products the sale is a final sale, and the merchant does not accept any return. Some health care products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons. This policy will not hold if the seller has not mentioned in the product description
We will also not accept the return if product:
- Is used / worn or altered
- Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
- Is returned without original packaging and accessories
- Serial Number is tampered
- Items should be returned within 2 days of receiving the product. If buyer does not request return/refund within 2 days of receipt of product, it is assumed that buyer is satisfied with the product.
To request a return, please log-in to www.zanekart.com and raise a Return Request for the concerned product. You will receive an e-mail acknowledgment of your request. Return Request will be reviewed by Zanekart.com. If necessary, request is shared with concerned merchant for approval. After approval, the buyer will be required to send the product back through a reputed courier. Courier cost for sending the product will be borne by buyer. Make sure that the product has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. On the box, please mention your order number. After the product is received, it will be verified against your claim. Replacement or refund is initiated after that. Replacement would depend on the stock availability. It takes between 1 to 3 weeks from the time a request is raised to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location. We initiate the replacement or refund within 7 working days of receiving the product. For refunds it takes up to 2 weeks for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund. The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or have returned the wrong product.
Cancellation Policy for Products Paid through Online Payment Gateways:
- There may by situations where an order has to be cancelled. For example, an order may have to be cancelled when the product is no longer available or is temporarily out of stock or if any risk is identified by the credit and fraud avoidance department or if the shipping address is Inaccurate or insufficient or is at a non-serviceable location. At times, we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been made, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
- Buyer can cancel order by informing us well in advance before processing. In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund you entire amount if you have already made the payment. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
